Emma Schaeffer was raised in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Her interest in livestock began in high school when helping on her friend’s farm. Her interest continued to grow in university as she worked with swine, sheep, poultry, dairy and beef throughout various summer jobs. She completed 3 years of a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan before being accepted into the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. After completing her DVM in 2025 she moved to Regina and joined the Warman Veterinary Services team in Emerald Park in May 2025.
